PathReason

Refund Policy

Last updated: 28 July 2026
Founding Access is a one-time $99 purchase and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, except where a refund is required by law or granted under Paddle's buyer-protection policy (see below). Three cases are free before you buy, so you can try PathReason first.

1. All sales are final

Founding Access unlocks digital content immediately. Because it is digital content delivered to you at once, we do not offer voluntary or "change of mind" refunds once your purchase is complete. Please use the free cases to decide whether PathReason is right for you before purchasing.

2. Your statutory rights (UK/EU consumers)

Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under law. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel ("right of withdrawal") a distance purchase of digital content. However, for digital content supplied immediately, that right does not apply once supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right to cancel. At checkout you are asked to give that consent so you can access the content straight away; if you do, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies. If you did not consent to immediate supply (or have not yet accessed the content), you may still exercise the 14-day withdrawal right by contacting us.

Your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed digital content are unaffected and remain available regardless of this policy.

3. Paddle buyer protection

Payments are handled by Paddle as the merchant of record. Paddle may provide its own buyer-protection and dispute handling, and may issue a refund in accordance with its policies. Any such request is assessed and processed by Paddle. See Paddle's Buyer Terms.

4. How to contact us about a purchase

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under Section 2 or 3, or you were charged in error, contact us first via Support or at support@pathreason.com with the email address you purchased with (and, if you have it, your Paddle order/receipt number). We will review it and, where a refund is due, work with Paddle to process it back to your original payment method. Processing time then depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. Chargebacks

If you think there is a problem with a charge, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account access being suspended pending resolution.
