PathReason (the "Service") is operated by Vayden Academic Press — a sole proprietorship registered in India (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-MH-19-0432116), proprietor Vishal Tayade — of 1702, The Don October CHS, Parmanand Wadi, Parel, Mumbai 400012, Maharashtra, India ("PathReason", "we", "us"). Account data (email, entitlement) and redacted error reports are stored with Supabase in the European Union. Payment data is held by Paddle. Learning progress stays in your browser on your device and is never sent to us.
We use a small number of trusted providers, each only to provide its service:
Some providers may process data outside the European Union (for example, in the United States). Where that happens, the transfer is protected by an appropriate safeguard such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum where relevant) or an equivalent mechanism.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these — including deleting your account and email — contact us via Support or at support@pathreason.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
PathReason uses your browser's localStorage to save your learning progress on your device and to keep you signed in. This is essential to how the Service works and is not used for advertising. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
PathReason is a professional-education product intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify account holders where appropriate.
